Supplies Used (Beads and Wires):


Q: What types of beads do you use?
A: 
I make all the items at YSB Gems with glass beads. I love art glass beads especially for their unique and splendid colors and long-lasting durability.

Q: What types of metal wires do you use?
A: 
The wires I use are gold-tone, either as gold-plated or gold-filled. The base wire is usually either brass, stainless steel, or copper. The specific wire used for each item is stated in the description. All the jewelry wires I use are of the best quality possible, from some of the top manufacturers in the world.

 

Payments, Shipping, & Store Policies:


Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Payments are made during checkout, using any of the preferred major credit cards. Simply select the appropriate button when it's time to pay.

Q: How are payments processed?
A: All payments are processed through Stripe, a trusted leader in the ecommerce industry. Stripe keeps all customers’ payment card information private, only sharing your order and the address I’m supposed to ship it to. 

Q: What are the costs for shipping?
A: Shipping for all destinations is calculated at checkout. Free Shipping on Orders $45 & Over! Shipping is free for all U.S. orders that are $45 or more. The "Free Shipping for $45 & Over" guarantee is for standard shipping and is valid only on orders that are shipped to an address within the United States. This includes also to locations in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, The U.S. Virgin Islands, and the other U.S. controlled territories. (Sorry, at this time I’m currently not shipping to Samoa due to international shipping restrictions and carrier limitations.)    

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes. I do ship internationally, but there are some countries I cannot ship to due to legal shipping restrictions. If you’re not sure, please check with your local post office to determine if you can receive a shipment from the U.S. to your country.

Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Items from YSB Gems are made-to-order. Made-to-order simply means that the items are created for you after you’ve placed your order. This helps me to cut down on a massive amount of inventory. Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, and the items are made and shipped within 2-5 business days. Depending on where you live, arrival times will vary, but it’s typically within 7-10 business days after placing your order.

Q: What is your returns and refunds policy?
A: You can request a cancellation and refund for any reason within 24 hours of placing your order. After the 24 hours, I’ve already began creating your order and therefore, I cannot issue you a refund! I do not accept returns for any reason. All the items at YSB Gems are created with the best quality possible. I also try my absolute best not to make any mistakes at all with the packaging and shipping out of orders. However, if you somehow received the wrong item, something different than what you requested in your order, I’ll gladly send to you the correct item at no charge. Simply send me a message with your order information. Overall, if there’s any problem at all with your order, please be sure to contact me so I can resolve the issue in a timely manner.
